Pharmacological properties: TUR-10 (4-chloro-1-dihydro-17-alpha-methyltestosterone) to treat the oral steroid has a predominantly anabolic effect combined with a relatively low androgenic activity. Thus, androgenic action Turanabol 6%, and 53% anabolic. Promotes deposition of calcium due to the increased formation of the protein matrix and reduce the reactivity of bone to parathyroid hormone. Creates a positive nitrogen balance ( nitrogen retention); increase protein synthesis; decrease breakdown of amino acids; a delay of potassium and phosphates. The drug stimulates hematopoiesis, especially erythropoiesis (increases the synthesis of erythropoietin), and also increases the blood and promotes the formation of platelets.

Indications for use: auxiliary remedy for conditions due to a disturbance of protein metabolism with negative nitrogen balance (insufficient intake, increased needs or losses), in elderly with reduced food or exhaustion, asthenia, cachexia different origin, with extensive burns; after infection, injuries and surgical interventions; osteoporosis; long-term use of glucocorticoids.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, breast cancer (in men), breast cancer, hepatic and/or renal insufficiency, prostate adenoma, hypercalcaemia, nephrosis, glomerulonephritis (nephrotic stage), pregnant, diabetes.

Side Effects: increased facial hair, hair growth on the chest, male pattern baldness, changes in your menstrual periods, increased or decreased interest in sex, acne, breast swelling or tenderness, feeling restless or excited.

Interactions with other drugs: In patients receiving anticoagulants inside, while the application, especially in the beginning and if you cancel therapy requires constant monitoring of indicators of blood coagulation.
Patients with diabetes may reduce the level of blood glucose and insulin requirements.
If use of ACTH or corticosteroids increases the risk of peripheral edema, especially in patients with liver or cardiovascular system.

Overdose: Overdoses are not observed.
